2. Do I need to create an account on the website to place an order?
No, you can complete your order as a guest (continue as a guest). However, creating an account provides several benefits, such as:
•Tracking your order status
•Adding products to your wishlist
•Getting notified when out-of-stock products become available
•Receiving notifications about offers and discounts
•Saving your address details for faster checkout in the future
3. What does the status “Order Under Processing” mean?

It means your order has been received and is currently being prepared for shipment.

4. Can I edit my order or add products after confirmation?

If you wish to make changes or add items, please contact customer service via WhatsApp.
We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee modifications at all times.

5. Which shipping company is used?

We work with companies such as Aramex, Mariam App, as well as our own delivery representatives.

6. Can the coffee I purchased be ground?

Yes, you can request grinding when purchasing from one of our branches by informing the staff.
For online orders, please mention it in the notes section on the website.

7. Is Cash on Delivery available?
We apologize, but cash on delivery is not available.

8. Is there free shipping or discount coupons?
We offer free shipping for:
•Orders of 15 BHD or more (within Bahrain)
•Orders of 30 BHD or more (outside Bahrain), provided the shipment weight does not exceed 20 kg

9. How do I choose the right coffee for me?

Since our products cater to all tastes, your choice depends on your personal preference:
Do you prefer fruity and acidic flavors, or classic ones like caramel and chocolate?

10. How long does delivery take outside Bahrain?

Order preparation and shipping take between 3 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.

11. What is the return policy?

Products can be returned within 14 days from the purchase date, provided they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
Coffee products can only be returned if there is a defect or damage.

12. How can I track my shipment?

Tracking numbers will appear in your account on the website.
You can also track your shipment through the shipping company or contact customer service via WhatsApp from 9 AM to 9 PM or via email.

13. When will my favorite product be back in stock?

To check product availability, please follow our social media accounts (Instagram, website, and WhatsApp).

14. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please send a photo of the product along with the invoice within 2 to 3 days of receiving the shipment, and we will assist you immediately.

15. What is the shipping and return cost?
Shipping within Bahrain ranges as follows:
•1.2 BHD for all areas (except Jaw, Askar, and Al Areen: 2 BHD via SMSA)
•2 BHD for all areas (Mariam App)
•3 BHD for all areas (Aramex)
 
Free shipping is available for orders of 15 BHD or more across all regions.
16. How long does delivery take in Bahrain?

Order preparation and delivery take 1 to 3 business days.
It may take longer for pre-order items, as they are not available in stock. Please check the product details for estimated delivery times.

Each brewing method has its own recommended recipe.

19. What does “pre-order” mean, and when is it expected to arrive?

Pre-order products are items that are not currently in stock.
Their delivery may take more than 3 days. Please check the product details for the expected timeframe.
