Shipping & Payment Policy

The roastery is operated under the brand OX Specialty Coffee Roastery, officially registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under Commercial Registration No. 1-191243.

Our roastery works with a selected group of approved delivery and shipping companies in Bahrain to ensure orders arrive with the best quality, in the shortest time possible, and at the best price.

Orders are delivered directly to the customer’s doorstep, and shipping is handled through approved carriers such as SMSA, Aramex, and other logistics companies that provide delivery services within and outside Bahrain.

The shipping period begins after the order has been prepared and its status updated to “Shipped.”

The store strives to meet the specified delivery times, and if any delay occurs beyond our control, the customer should contact the shipping company directly to follow up on the shipment using the tracking number sent by email after placing the order.

Delivery service covers all areas of Bahrain, and orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days maximum from the date of order confirmation.
