Return & Exchange Policy

The store is committed to inspecting all orders and ensuring their safety and quality before shipping, in order to preserve the quality of coffee beans and other products. Nevertheless, OX Specialty Coffee Roastery is committed to accepting exchange and return requests for all coffee brewing tools and machines in their original condition, with all accessories and original packaging, within no more than 14 days from the date of purchase (according to Bahraini consumer protection law).

As for coffee lots, we regret that they cannot be exchanged or returned due to the importance of preserving the crop under specific conditions (specific temperature and humidity levels).

In the event of an error during order preparation or shipment, the store management will bear the full shipping and delivery costs.

Once the order is confirmed, the shipping period begins to be calculated, and the order status is updated according to the approved shipping procedures.

If there is no error or defect in the order, the customer bears the full shipping cost.
